About a year ago, I got a call from the author of the A Thousand Facets Instagram - they wanted to know if I'd be willing to participate in a show, hosted by Meeka Fine Jewelry, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of A Thousand Facets. I did not have to think twice. I jumped at the opportunity to participate!
I'm delighted to announce that I've won two MJSA Vision Awards this year! My Chrysanthemum Fold Earrings won Second Place in the Professional Excellence category! And My Sapphire & Diamond dangles won the Responsible Practices Distinction.
I’m over the moon (pun intended) to be featured in another Aaron Faber show, titled Once in a Blue Moon! The challenge was to incorporate moonstones or other blue stones into the jewelry for the show. It runs from April 18 to May 25, 2019.
Last January, I was invited by the editor of MJSA magazine to be one of nine jewelry designers to participate in the MJSA Online Design Challenge. And last week, I got the most amazing news: I found out I’d won!
After the trunk show at Alchemy 925 in Belmont wrapped up, we visited Harvard’s Museum of Natural History, where we spent some time checking out their fantastic collection of mineral specimens. In this blog post, I show side by sides of various gems in rough form, and finished jewelry!
